ArtFest 2008

Submit Art: April 20th and 27th in the Library

View Art: May 4th-25th in the Sanctuary

All members, including children, are invited to submit artwork for the ArtFest. You will be asked to fill out a submission form including a brief faith statement relating to your work.

Fine Arts Extravaganza

May 18, 2008 at 7 pm

Music and drama will fill the sanctuary during this special fundraising event for the church organ.

Annual Voters' Meeting

June 15, 2008 following the worship service

All members are encouraged to attend.

Service Project

June 27th from 6:00 - 7:30 PM

We have reserved all 60 slots at the Brooklyn Park Feed My Starving Children. They prepare millions of dried food meal packs that are sent around the world to combat hunger. Children as young as 5 years old can participate. Look for a sign up sheet in the Narthex during May!

We have a great time playing softball, having potato sack races, and eating icecream!

Long Range Plan Update

Peace is undergoing a planning effort for the ministry over the next year to look at where God is leading our congregation. Everyone should plan to participate as we pray and seek God's will. The task force has interviewed selected members and staff. We have held several Town Meetings for members' input and a special prayer meeting as well. Continue to pray for God's guidance and blessing as we look to the future.
