Music Notes
As we approach the last month of regular
musical activities here at Peace, there are still plenty of things left that we can enjoy and support.
Old Milwaukee Communion Service

We are always looking for participants for this folk service.
SMOREs
(Summer Midweek Outdoor Reflection Experience) begins June 12. Any musical help with the services is greatly appreciated! Just give me a call or click on my email below.
Please say a prayer for the Personnel Board as we wrap up our search for a permanent choir/bell director. We are blessed to have had the musical services and spiritual guidance from our interim director, Scott Bernstein.

Our choir director, Libby Laufers, has regretfully decided to resign from her position, effective at the end of January.
Libby has been offered the position
of organist at the church where her Godmother has played the organ for many years, and Libby feels that this is an opportunity she can't turn down.
We appreciate greatly the music ministry
of both Libby and her husband Jason
among us, and the choir will miss Libby's
direction a great deal.
Scott Bernstein has graciously agreed to
step in as Interim Choir Director until a
new director is hired.
The personnel committee has begun a
search for a new choir director.
